This survey is the 3rd Trans Lives survey, hosted by the non-profit organisation TransActual, and providing vital information on the experiences and views of trans people in the UK. Your answers will be completely anonymous and we do not track IP addresses.

We hope this research will help improve understanding of what it is like to be a trans person living in the UK in 2026. The final report will be freely available online and shared with policy makers, academics, non-profit and healthcare organisations, and other key stakeholders. We hope that the findings will help us advocate on behalf of our community’s needs and change policy and practice in the UK.
