Impacts of the Supreme Court Ruling on trans people

When the Supreme Court declared that their ruling was not a victory for ‘either side’, and implied that there would be no significant impact on trans people in the UK, you knew – we all knew! – that this was at best misleading; at worst an outright lie.

We knew that individuals would suffer. That is why, since April, we have, with your help, been documenting stories of trans people being treated badly.

Three months on, we are publishing what we have collected so far. There are two reports:

Campaign – and trigger warnings

What we have collected makes for distressing reading, and comes with significant trigger warnings. Nonetheless, they contain much that decision makers – including your MP’s – should be made aware of.
