Local trans organisations often run one-off or regular sports, fitness, and exercise events. Use our Social and Support Groups section to find organisations near you.

If you’re a student, check if your Student Union or LGBTQ+ network runs any swimming or exercise sessions specifically for trans people – this is increasingly common.
