What about returns?
We hope you’re going to love your t-shirt, but if you need to return or exchange it, please let us know by emailing
info@transactual.org.uk within 30 days of receiving it. Remember that we’re a small run organisation, so won’t reply instantly. We’ll do our best to reply on the same day, but it may take 2-3 days to respond. We can only accept returned t-shirts in new condition and, as a non-profit organisation, we do ask that you pay for return postage.
Who is your supplier?
Our products are supplied by Prodigi. We chose Prodigi as a supplier because they offer just on time printing, will ship directly to you, had a wider range of sizing options than other ethical suppliers, and because of their ethical policies.
What do you do with the information I give at checkout?
In short: We use it to take your payment and order your garment from our supplier. Medium sized answer: We have to keep your details for 7 years for legal accounting reasons. Apart from that, we use it to accept payment via our PayPal account and provide our supplier with your name, address and order details (no phone numbers, e-mail addresses or payment details). We’re keen beans when it comes to GDPR, so don’t worry about that bit.
Longer answer: If you like long answers, settle in and read our privacy policy.
Where do the proceeds from sales go?
Most of the money you pay for a product is used to pay our supplier. Any additional proceeds will go to TransActual and will help to support our ongoing work for trans communities.

I’ve got another question, who do I contact?
