If you’ve been questioned, stopped or challenged using a single-sex space, we need to hear from you. By letting us know about your experience, you’ll help us to track patterns, identify common themes and take steps to advocate on this issue at a national level.
We can also put you in touch with people can offer you legal advice, if you’d like it.
We recognise that many cis people also face issues when seeking access to single-sex spaces. If you’re cis and have been challenged or stopped because you’re perceived to be trans or perceived to be a sex that you aren’t (for example, a cis woman being challenged in women’s toilets), this form is for you too.
Fill the form out on this page or on our survey hosting site.
We’re working on some guidance on what to do if you’re challenged, stopped or harassed in single-sex spaces, check back on our Equality Act Campaign Hub next week.
